We have compiled the choices you will be making & some helpful hints to prepare for your meeting.

In preparation, take your time and go through our website in our Gallery of Homes. Look through the photos and 3-D tours and see if anything catches your eye.

Your selections meeting will take place at our Design Center which is located at

790 Sunset Blvd N Suite 6 in Sunset Beach, NC.

We use Porcelain Tile in all Owner’s Bathrooms, Guest Bathrooms, Laundry Rooms, and Screened Porches!

Beautiful mosaic tile is used in 2 places in the Owner’s Bath —the niche in the Shower (a place to set your soaps, shampoo, etc.) & the Shower Floor!

We include an interior fan in the Great Room + all bedrooms! (and Bonus Room if applicable) We also include an exterior fan on the screened porch!

We have put together 3 beautiful lighting packages to choose from! The Modern Package has a little flair, the Traditional Package has a lovely elegance, and the Transitional Package has the best of both!

Look through our choices for the epoxy colors for your garage floor.

Selections meetings generally takes anywhere from 2 – 4 hours.

During your meeting, a Riptide Team Member will be tracking all selections you make- you will receive a copy of the written Selections for your records.

Feel free to take pictures of the selections you choose so you can continue to look at them after your meeting and get ideas for decorating.

As always, feel free to reach out to our team with any questions that may arise!

Please only the individuals who will be residing in the home are to attend the selections meeting. if you have an agent, they may be present with you. Please do not bring any animals to the design center.

A Riptide Team Member will enter all of your Selections into our Build Portal, CoConstruct. We will then send a copy of your Selections for you to review/sign.

Once you have signed and all items are captured correctly, we will add you to CoConstruct!

All of your Selections will be housed in CoConstruct and are available for you to reference, if needed.

If you decide after your meeting you want to change something, it will incur a $250 Change Order Fee.
