Five members of the Riptide Builders team recently participated in the Beach Sweep organized by the Brunswick County Association of REALTORS® (BCAR). Riptide, a residential home builder and developer based in Sunset Beach, recently purchased all remaining undeveloped land within Sea Trail along with all developer rights.
“Many members of our team live right here in the Sunset Beach area,” said Todd Rademacher, Riptide Builders’ Community Planner. “This is our home, and we’re committed to doing our part to protect our environment and ensure that Sunset Beach continues to be an attractive, wonderful place to live.”
Riptide Builders team members Claire Yoder, Jennifer Thomas, Todd Rademacher, Julie Chortanoff and Lauren Gembe participated in the Beach Sweep. Participants chose a beach to work on, and BCAR supplied them with gloves, bags and other tools for cleaning.
